How to register a DWO account?
Have purchased the goods offline before
Please contact the approached sale at that time to get your account and password. You can call 755-82580810 to get the contact information of the exclusive sale.
Never bought the goods from the DWO site
1、Click on the "Register" link located at the top right of the DWO Home Page, then enter the Registration Page;
2、Please fill in your email and other information to complete the registration;
3、After the success of the registration, please improve the account information, so that the system is able to assign exclusive customer service for you.
How to find the goods you want?
Keywords Search
1、Enter Keywords in the Search box at the top of the page, click the Search button, the system will automatically filter out the matching goods for you.
Find goods through the commodity category
1、Move the mouse to the "All Categories", find a suitable classification in the pop-up sub category, or click into the product catalog page;
Returns Instruction
If there is damage in transit, please keep the orginal packing and contact with DWO online service or sales representative immediately.
If the product or quantity you received does not match with your orginal order, please contact with DWO sales representative within 3 days after receiving.
If the products have been used, returns will not be accepted.
Returns Process
Before product return, please specify the reason in writing and request an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from DWO sales representative. When return products, please attach the copies of delivery order, packing list, invoice, and shipping document (with delivery time and signature). The product return will be handled immediately after inspection and confirmation by DWO technical and sales departments.
